This Quintessential Biosciences, Inc., Ambassador Agreement (“Ambassador Agreement”) is effective as of the date you indicate your acceptance of this Ambassador Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and between Quintessential Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Q Sciences,” “we” or “us”), and the person or legal entity identified as accepting this Ambassador Agreement (“Ambassador” or “you” and, if applicable, including any Spousal Ambassador, defined below).
