THIS CONTRACT is made and entered this 21st day of February, 2023 by and between the Board of School Directors of the Big Spring School District with offices located in Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as “District” or “Board” or “Board of School Directors”) and Dr. Nicholas Guarente (hereinafter referred to as “District Superintendent” or “Dr. Guarente”).
