On behalf of Hydrofarm, Inc., which shall be known as Hydrofarm, LLC at the closing of the Transaction (as defined below) (the “Company”), I am pleased to offer you employment at the Company on the terms set forth in this offer letter agreement (the “Agreement”), which will govern your employment with the Company.
