(“Northstar”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska, with offices at 1101 Hills Road, Fremont, NE 68025 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Northstar may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).

(“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Verizon and Northstar may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
