This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement,” “Settlement,” or “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between Plaintiffs Quentin Parsons (“Parsons”) and Charles Milhouse (“Milhouse”), on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class (“Plaintiffs”), and Defendant Personnel Staffing Group, LLC dba MVP Staffing (“PSG” or “Defendant”) in the case of Parsons, et al. v. Personnel Staffing Group, LLC, , Case No. 20 CH 473, currently pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois (the “Action”). Plaintiffs and Defendant are each referred to as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
