This Participation Agreement (this “Participation Agreement”) is entered into by and between the plan fiduciary (the “Plan Fiduciary”) named on the signature page hereto on behalf of the qualified retirement plan listed in Appendix A (the “Participating Plan”) and Wilmington Trust, N.A. (“Trustee”), as trustee under the Wilmington Trust Collective Investment Trust (the “Trust”).
