This AGREEMENT is made effective as of the day of June, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between Competitive Energy Services, LLC, with its principal offices at 148 Middle Street, Portland, ME 04101, (“CES”), and the Town of Falmouth (“CLIENT”), each a “Party” and together “Parties”.
