This Software Support and Maintenance Agreement ("Agreement ") is en- tered into as of the effective date set forth below by and between IPConfigure, Inc. ("IPConfigure") and you, the End User under this Agreement ("End User "). BY PURCHASE ORDER OR REMITTANCE OF PAYMENT FOR THE SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, End User AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
