This agreement is governed by Scottish law and sets out the terms and conditions under which you agree to participate in the abseiling event. The technical abseil elements of this event, including safety equipment fitting and removal, access and egress from the bridge and the abseil itself are delivered to you by Zone Events Limited on behalf of and contracted by the event owner, Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland. Zone Events Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered No. SC595805). By participating in the event, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
