entered into as of June 14, 2017 (the “Reference Date”), by and among the CITY OF PLEASANT HILL, a California municipal corporation (“City”), the SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE PLEASANT HILL REDEVEOPMENT AGENCY, a public body (“Successor Agency”), and JACKS PH, LLC, formerly known as MARCOVICI MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC (prior to a change of name of the same entity), a California limited liability company (“Tenant”). City, Successor Agency and Tenant may each be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
