This Agreement is for the provision of professional A/E and technical support services for construction projects involving replacement, repair, renovation and rehabilitation, with limited new construction, to be performed on a non-exclusive, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity basis, as requested by the Owner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and activations thereunder. A/E represents that it has the knowledge, ability, skills and resources to provide such services in accordance with the terms and requirements of this Agreement.
