Directorate General of Training, an apex organisation for development and coordination at National level for the programmes relating to vocational training under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), having it’s registered office at Kaushal Bhawan, B – 2, Pusa Road, New Delhi – 110005 (hereinafter referred to as “DGT”), which expression, shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, shall include its successors and assigns of the FIRST PART;
