This Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made by and between Plaintiffs Alejandro Bucio, Adriana Salcedo, Fatima Davila, Carlos Martinez, Maria Lopez, Reina Rodriguez, Verenice Godoy, Ana L. Solorio, Vivian Barnes, and Esteban Huerta (hereinafter “Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”), individually and on behalf of the proposed class, the State of California pursuant to the California Private Attorneys General Act, and Defendants ABM Industries Incorporated, ABM Janitorial Services, ABM Janitorial Services, Inc., ABM Janitorial Services – Northern California, American Building Maintenance Co., ABM Industry Groups, LLC (hereinafter “Defendants”) (collectively, the “Parties”), by and through their respective counsel of record.
