In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (5 U.S.C. § 20 3(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration NASA Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center White Sands Test Facility, located at 2600 NASA Road, Las Cruces, NM 880 2 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA JSC," "JSC," "NASA WSTF," "WSTF," or "NASA") and NORTHROP GRUMMAN, Space Systems located at 7 30 Miramar Rd, San Diego, CA 92 2 -2353 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "NGC"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
