In the event that the performance of any requirement of this contract by Seller or Buyer is delayed due to government mandated quarantines, closures or other restrictions caused by or arising out of COVID-19 virus, then the parties agree to work, in good faith, to accomplish the completion of that contract requirement as promptly as possible, but not later than 30 days after the date performance was due. Whenever possible, the parties agree to use alternate providers of services and electronic or digital means, or any other reasonable means, to complete transactions that are affected by quarantines, travel restrictions, closures or other similar hinderances to completion of the contract.
