This service agreement is between the Department of Information Resources/Communications Technology Services Division (DIR/CTS) and the Customer, that is an Assistance Organization, as defined in Section 2175.001, Texas Government Code. It is the intent of the parties to comply with the provisions of Title 10, Subtitle D, Chapter 2170, Section 2170.004 , Texas Government Code.
