In these terms and conditions, Redesmere Limited is referred to as “Redesmere” and the party to whom the Proposal is addressed is referred to as “the Client” (collectively “the Parties” or individually the “Party”), the services and deliverables are detailed in the Proposal. The offer outlined in our Proposal is open for acceptance by the Client for a period of 30 days after which the offer shall lapse, unless otherwise notified by Redesmere.
