This AGREEMENT is made effective as of Month DateNovember, 20th, 2018 by and between CMS Medical Venture Investment LimitedCompany, and Affiliates (“NameCMS”) located at (Trident Chambers, P.O. Box 146, Road Town,Tortola, British Virgin Islandsaddress) and Foresee Pharmaceuticals Co., LTD., a corporation organized under the laws of Taiwan, ROC, located at 3F, No:19-3 Sanchong Rd., Nangang Dist., Taipei City 115 Taiwan (“FORESEE”), to assure the protection and preservation of the confidential and/or proprietary nature of information to be disclosed or made available to each other in connection with certain negotiations or discussions between the parties. (NameCMS) and FORESEE are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
