This Interlocal Agreement for Public School Facility Planning (the “Agreement”) is entered into among the School Board of Orange County (hereinafter referred to as "School Board"), Orange County (hereinafter referred to as "County"), and the following cities and towns: City of Apopka, City of Belle Isle, Town of Eatonville, City of Edgewood, City of Maitland, Town of Oakland, City of Ocoee, City of Orlando, Town of Windermere, City of Winter Garden and City of Winter Park (collectively, "Municipalities") (together with the County, hereinafter sometimes referred to jointly as "Local Governments").
