Pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”)1 and Part 35 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (the “Commission”),2 ISO New England Inc. (“ISO-NE”)3 and Emera Maine (together, the “Filing Parties”) hereby submit for filing a Local Service Agreement by and among Emera Maine, Stored Solar J&WE (“Stored Solar”), and ISO-NE for Non-Firm Local Point-To-Point Service under Schedule 21-EM of the ISO-NE Tariff.4 As explained herein, the LSA filed herewith represents an extension of the current discounted rate LSA by and among Emera Maine, Stored Solar, and ISO-NE accepted for filing by unpublished letter order in Docket Nos. ER18-387-000 et al. dated February 2, 2018.
