This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is made by and among Curtis Neal and Roy Campbell (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class (as defined below), on the one hand, and Synchrony Bank, formerly known as GE Capital Retail Bank (“Synchrony”), on the other hand (collectively, the “Parties”).
