Term. The Agreement will be effective as of the date first written above and continue thereafter for a period of twenty-four (12) months (“Term”) unless earlier terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing the other party with thirty (30) days advance written notice. This Agreement may be extended by mutual written agreement by both parties.
