This Agreement shall come into force on the Effective Date. Subject to the provisions for early termination in clause 23 this Agreement shall continue for the Initial Term and thereafter until terminated by either Party giving not less than 90 days’ notice in writing to the other (any such notice to expire on or after the end of the Initial Term).
