THIS ASSESSMENT CONTRACT (this “Contract”), is made and entered into this 14th day of March, 2025 (the “Effective Date”) by and among THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF OKLAHOMA COUNTY, in the State of Oklahoma (the “County”), AMALGAMATED BANK, a New York banking corporation and its successors and assigns (“Capital Provider”), and HARDTOFIND LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company and its successors and assigns ( “Property Owner”), and is made a part of that certain C-PACE Financing Agreement, dated March 14, 2025 made by and between Capital Provider and Property Owner (“Financing Agreement”).
