This Service Level Agreement governs the use of the Giza Tile Serving Appliance developed by Applied Geographics, Inc. (AppGeo). By purchasing the Giza Tile Serving Appliance (Giza), the customer accepts the terms of this Service Level Agreement (SLA). The parties to this SLA are Applied Geographics (AppGeo) and (the Customer).
