These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement (the “Agreement”) between CPS Products Inc., a Florida corporation (hereinafter called "Seller") and its customer (hereinafter called "Buyer"). The Agreement shall exclusively govern the relationship between Seller and Buyer and the Agreement shall govern every proposal that Seller submits to Buyer or contract assignment received and accepter in writing by Seller. For the avoidance of doubt, no oral communication shall replace, supplement or supersede the Agreement.
