Our Terms of Service, together with the documents referenced in them, are a contract that governs our customers' use of the Mesg.ai service. That contract (referred to in these Terms of Service as “our Agreement”) is between Mesg Technology Ltd. (“Mesg.ai”), a limited company registered in England and Wales, and the company or other legal entity on behalf of which these Terms of Service are accepted. By using the Mesg.ai service, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. Our Agreement is effective as of the date that the Customer accepts these Terms of Service by (1) clicking a box indicating the Customer’s acceptance; (2) executing an Order Form that references these Terms of Service; or (3) using the Mesg.ai service (the “Order Acceptance”).
