WHEREAS the Licensee wishes to install, operate and maintain the radio communications tower with a radio equipment building (the “Radio Site”) as defined below on Licensor’s property located at 463 Lasalle Line, in the township of St. Clair, County of Lambton N0N 1G0, (and the Licensor has agreed to permit the Licensee to install, maintain, repair, and operate the Radio Site on the terms and conditions set out herein.
