This Agreement shall be effective as of September 1, 2020, and shall continue in effect until the 31st day of August 2021. The Agreement shall be opened for salary schedule, insurance benefit, additional per diem days, and class size if the District suffers a funding loss or change in funding system as a result of legislative action.
