This is a legally binding contract. All suppliers of programming requesting time on Thurston Community Media (TCMedia) Channels must provide complete and accurate information requested in this contract. TCMedia reserves the right to remove any programming from our schedule should it be found that this Programming Contract has been falsified in any manner. Persons requesting time on the TCMedia channels must agree to abide by all TCMedia Operation Policies and Procedures. Violation of TCMedia Policies may lead to suspension of member privileges. FILL OUT BOTH SIDES COMPLETELY.
