This Grant Agreement (“Agreement”), is made by the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”), and City of Portland Parks & Recreation (“Grantee”) for financing of the project referred to above and described in Exhibit A (the “Project”). This Agreement becomes effective only when fully signed and approved as required by applicable law, and shall expire on the date of the last disbursement of the funds provided under this Agreement or the third anniversary date of the sale of the bonds funding this Agreement, whichever is earlier. This Agreement includes the following exhibits, incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement:
