AGREEMENT BETWEEN L'ANSE CREUSE BOARD OF EDUCATION AND TPOAM – FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICES, 2016 – 2019Agreement • March 5th, 2018
This Agreement is entered into on this the 31st day of August, 2016, between the L'Anse Creuse Public Schools Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer") and The Technical, Professional and Officeworkers Association of Michigan (TPOAM) – Food and Nutrition Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Unit/Union”). The Superintendent of Schools, as the executive officer employed by the Board, is by Michigan Law, charged with the responsibility of supervision and direction of the work of the staff and assisting the Board in all matters pertaining to the welfare of the school district. Whenever the term "Superintendent" is used in this Agreement, it shall mean the person holding that title or any person on the administrative team to whom he/she may beforehand delegate the responsibility referred to in this Agreement.
