This AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES (“Agreement”), is made and effective as of October 11, 2016 (“Effective Date”), between the City of La Puente, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Ron Guidry’s Floor Covering, Inc. dba Progressive Surfacing, a California corporation (“Contractor”). The City and Contractor are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
