WHEREAS, the Union has been certified as the bargaining agent of all the employees of the Women's Christian Association of London at Hospital regularly employed for not more than hours per week and students employed during the school vacation period,save and except Professional Medical Staff, Graduate Nursing Staff, Undergraduate Nurses, Graduate Pharmacists, Graduate Dietitians, Student Dietitians, Technical Personnel, Supervisors, persons above the rank of Supervisor, Chief Engineer and Office Staff.
