This Grant Agreement ("Agreement") is made this 21st day of March, 2024 ("Effective Date"), between the Summit Soil and Water Conservation District (SSWCD) and the County of Summit (the “County”) for the Summit County Engineer and its Surface Water Management District (“SWMD”), pursuant to the authority of Summit County Council Resolution No. 2024- , adopted , 2024, for the provision of technical and educational surface water management assistance in implementing soil and water conservation measures.
