(“Second Amendment”) is made and entered into this 10th day of December, 2020, by and between SHERIDAN STATION WEST METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “District”) and SHERIDAN STATION TRANSIT VILLAGE LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Developer”) (individually, each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
