AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the TOWN OF BARTONVILLE, TEXAS, a Texas Type A general law municipality (hereinafter referred to as the “Town”), and DENTON COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”), for the purposes and considerations stated below:
