This TCU VISA® Accelerate Secured Credit Card (VASCC) Account Agreement (“VASCC Account Agreement”) sets forth your rights and obligations and ours under your TCU Accelerate - Secured Credit Card Account ("Account"). Please read it carefully and retain it for future reference; it contains the terms that will govern your Account. In this Agreement, the applicant, co-applicant, and any other person you authorize to use the Account will be referred to as "you", "your", and "yours".
