This SEPTAGE RECEIVING SERVICES AND SLUDGE DEWATERING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement” or “Contract”) is made and entered into this _______day of ____________, 2020 --- by and between the REVE SOLUTIONS, INC. (“Reve”) and the CITY OF BLUE RIDGE, GEORGIA (“Blue Ridge” or “the City”). The purpose of this Agreement is for the Reve to provide septage receiving support services to Blue RidgeCity and to perform a domestic sludge dewatering trial of the City’s normal digested wastewater sludges.
