THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement or IGA”) is made and entered into this 9th day of December 9, 2013, by and between the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (“City”) and the Board of County Commissioners of Pueblo County, Colorado, and the Pueblo County Sheriff, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“hereafter collectively referred to as the “County”). City and County may each be referred to herein as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties."
