THIS SUBRECIPIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is entered into by and between the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Neighbor to Neighbor, Inc., a Colorado nonprofit corporation (“Subrecipient”), by which the Subrecipient agrees to carry out specific activities using the City’s CARES Act-CVRF funding, and establishing certain other terms and conditions of operation, and shall be effective on the date last signed below.
