These Terms and Conditions shall apply to any Hiring of Facilities at the Tarling Road Community Hub and must be read in full before any booking is confirmed. Upon receipt by the YMCA of a signed copy of the Booking Agreement, email booking or completed online form and Terms and Conditions of Hire, the Hirer shall be bound by and shall comply with the Terms and Conditions of Hire from the date of booking until the conclusion of the hire.
