The City of Hallandale Beach reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposals received, to re-advertise for proposals, to enter into contract negotiations with the selected Proposer(s) or take any other actions that may be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Hallandale Beach.
