This NATURAL GAS PROGRAM AGREEMENT (“this Agreement”) is made effective as of (“the Effective Date”), by and among the Northern California Power Agency, a joint powers agency of the State of California (“NCPA”) and those of its Members who execute this Agreement (“Participants”). NCPA and the Participants are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
