California charter city ("City"), and MACARTHUR TRANSIT COMMUNITY PARTNERS, LLC ("Developer"), a California limited liability company, pursuant to California Government Code Sections 65864, et seq., with respect to the development of the property and project known as "MacArthur Transit Village." City and Developer shall collectively be referred to herein as the "Parties," and may each individually be referred to as a "Party."
