Purpose: This Contract is entered into by and in between County, on behalf of DCHHS and Contractor, under the authority of the Texas Local Government Code § 262.027, for the delivery of Services, as identified in this Contract, to persons with HIV/AIDS and their family members or caregivers who reside within the Health Services Delivery Area (HSDA) which includes the counties of Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall, as applicable, pursuant to the Request for Proposal for Ryan White – Ending HIV in Dallas County (Solicitation 2021-021-6888) and the Public Health Service Act, Section 311(c) (42 U.S.C. § 243(c)) and title XXVI (42 U.S.C. §§ 300ff-11 et seq.)Administrative agency It is the express policy of County, and a requirement of this Contract and State and Federal regulations, that funds paid under this Contract are exclusively used for the care of eligible individuals affected by HIV/AIDS and strategies outlined in Table 2 of the referenced solicitatio
