This Master Electric Energy Services and Sales Agreement ("Agreement"), is entered into as of this 7th day of December, 2000 (the "Effective Date"), by and between ENRON ENERGY SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation ("EESI"), and ENRON COMPRESSION SERVICES COMPANY, a Delaware corporation ("Customer").
