We agree to offer the Direct Dental Plans of America, Inc. (DDP) benefit plans to our employees. If any portion of the membership fees are to be employee paid, we agree to deduct the appropriate amounts from the employees’ paychecks. Our Accounts Payable Department has been instructed to honor your monthly invoices and to forward the membership fees that are due. Under this agreement, group membership shall automatically renew on a year-to-year basis until notice has been received to terminate benefits.
