This Agreement shall set forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which JDL will use its video technology platform, EduvisionTM to provide the Subscriber with various services that would allow the Subscriber to post videos and related materials to its public website or video portal (the JDL video platform service, as more fully described in Exhibit A to this Agreement, shall be referred to as the “Service”).
