and entered into this , 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and among the Southern Nevada Water Authority, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“SNWA”), the City of North Las Vegas, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“City”), and Nevada Power Company d/b/a NV Energy, a Nevada corporation (“NV Energy”). For convenience, SNWA, City, and NV Energy may sometimes be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
